So i haven't been updating as much as i should =( Boo on me I guess. But I've been keeping up with exercising:
- Monday-p90x cardio x & 3 miles ran
- Tuesday p90x cardio x, stretches, 6 miles ran
- Wednesday-nothing I had class and work all day
As for food, monday and tuesday I ate under 1200 calories but today i pigged out. not as much as i did last week/month but still probably 1500-1600. On a positive note, my stomach is noticeably flatter but i haven't gained enough courage to weigh myself. i want to wait until monday when i know i will be at least a pound down.
Other than that my brain is pretty much fried. I've been working, exercising, and studying my brain outs. i need to sleep!
